  • Shamore is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

  • You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Please be aware that some carriers have specific restrictions regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes.

  • If a carrier is unable to deliver to your provided address, our team will contact you to request an alternative professional mailing address.
